DOBBIN here! I am a 1 year old Boxer Boy and I am ready for some loving! I am not sure of the origin of my name, but I think it is very cute. As with any young Boxer, I am naturally curious and playful. Take me for a big walk every day. After that is done, I'll curl up with you and watch TV or help you do chorres...OK, OK...watch you do chores.

Update from Foster Family:
Dobbin is a 1-year old boxer boy who is neutered and up-to-date on his vaccinations. He is good with other dogs and kids. We aren't sure how he is around cats. He loves to play with his fur sister, go for walks, and he especially loves car rides! For a young boxer, he is very mellow and calm. He isn't barky and doesn't jump on the furniture.
Dobbin is learning to love his crate. He is doing well with his crate training so far. He appears to be house broken but we do have a doggy door that he figured out how to use very quickly. He walks well on a leash and loves to be wherever you are! He lays at your feet if you're watching a movie or comes up and puts his head in your lap and looks at you with the most beautiful brown puppy dog eyes. He loves to give kisses to his people and his fur sister!
This dog is currently light heartworm positive. He is being treated with Heartgard but does not have any activity restrictions. We expect the Heartgard to clear the heartworms. He is on a special diet and taking medication for boxer colitis (a condition in which the bowel can become inflamed). His symptoms are currently under control with this regimen. We are working on getting his weight up.
Dobbin is a GREAT dog! He is so loving and fun. He brings a lot of joy to our family and I know he will to yours as well!

Transport Fee:
Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
