DEMI here and I'm a 1 1/2 year old Boxer girl.  I was walking along in Houston when WHAM - I was hit by a car...and then I sorta rolled under the car and my face and muzzle hit something very hot...and one of the tires rolled over my paw.  It was what I would call a REALLY bad day. 

I was picked up by Animal Control and then HBR was able to pull me and work on my medical needs.  I have had my muzzle and face treated for burns and they are healing very nicely.  Nothing in my paw is broken, it is just a really bad sprain.  So, I'm going ot be OK, I just need time to rest and mend and then I'll be good as new.

As far as my temperament, I would prefer to be the QUEEN BEE...like, the only animal in the house.  I do not like cats except to chase them with vigor.  I will tolerate other larger, submissive males, but I do not tolerate small, yippy dogs (no offense).  As long as I am in charge, I am very sweet to all humans and kids.

I have been working with a trainer to learn all of my basic commands and to walk nicely on a leash.  I need someone to be patient and kind to me and I'll show you all of the Boxer love I have to give.  I'm on the larger size for a female at 60+ pounds. I will have all of the Boxer traits.  I will have a square jaw and a general cuteness with a great sense of humor and undying sweetness.  Until we are 3, many of us Boxers are a bit silly as we love to play and joke around.  Therefore, we are the dog breed that has the longest time in what we think of as puppyhood.

I will need exercise every day.  So, take me for a walk or a run or throw that ball and once I have done my exercise, I'll be ready to sit back and relax and watch you cook dinner, clean the house, or pay the bills. 

I will be a great companion as long as you provide me with the exercise and mental stimulation that I need each day.

If you are looking for an emotionally secure, mutually satisfying, low maintenance relationship then I am the girl for you.  I've got the whole package - smart, furry, four legs, love to learn and live to please.  Go ahead, teach me anything.  Boxers are very smart and love to learn.

Transport Fee:

Our basic transport fee is $300 for boxers traveling outside of Texas to their new homes up North. This fee may vary occasionally. Note: Transport is not available within Texas or Louisiana.
